Their pricing is really fair and reasonable, especially when you compare it to the other two local companies I reached out to. Tom was our technician last year. He was super informative and really polite. As a new homeowner dealing with winterization for the first time, he took the time to answer all my questions patiently. This year, we had Eric as our technician, and he did an excellent job as well. Lisa was the one helping me coordinating everything and set up my appointment's up, she was very responsive to my requests and kind. Not to mention their work product! It is not often that you see people working until dark these days (having just built a house) so they were a breathe of fresh air. HOLLY S.15 July 2021I'm extremely happy to finally after 2 other irrigation companies not doing a good job at all, not coming back out for service or returning calls, including flooding my home, from botchy workmanship, I called TK irrigation to help me get my acre lot back in proper working order, add zones for proper coverage, and they did that! Not only is the team nice, professional, and hard working and care exactly how the zones are placed they will make sure you are happy! I was very happy and will be a life long customer! Thank you so much! It's nice to know there are hard working honest companies out there! n schulz23 June 2021TK Irrigation did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing a problem with my lawn irrigation system. Rather than using a hit and miss approach, Tom analyzed the problem and developed a plan to solve our issue (low pressure in two zones). The plan resulted in replacing a single underground hose with minimal lawn digging. Several other irrigation companies had visited my property beforehand and after ripping up my lawn were unable to fix the problem. Lisa was very helpful in scheduling our service appointment and TK showed up on-time. I also appreciate their clean-up following the fix. The Gs24 July 2019I purchased a new home and had issues when I attempted to start up my sprinkler system a couple weeks ago. Multiple repairs were needed including a new backflow preventer valve and new sprinkler heads for most of my lawn. Found Tom via internet search and he was the only one that answered when I called. Still haven't heard back from the other place I called. He came out that day to look at my issues and was quick to get my repair scheduled. He was very professional and was thorough when doing the repairs and recalibrating my system. I will be using his services going forward for all my routine sprinkler maintenance.
